Below is a list of our current charges
CHARGES DURING THE MOVING IN PROCESS - PROSPECTIVE TENANTS
A payment to secure the property equivalent to the amount of 'two weeks’ rent is required to be paid when the offer is agreed in principle. This payment will be offset against the initial rental payment should the tenancy proceed.
Before the start of the tenancy you will be required to pay: One month’s rent in advance (unless the agreement is different and a longer period is agreed) and a security deposit usually equivalent to the amount of 4-6 weeks’ rent
NO Administration Fee. Referencing fee for the tenancy will be charges by the referencing company and will be between £18-£25
This fee will be passed to the referencing company as their charge to us.
Additional fees which may also become payable:
NO Administration Fee for the guarantor should this be needed. Referencing fee for the guarantor will be charges by the referencing company and this charge will be between £18-£25
This fee will be passed to the referencing company to cover their charge to us.
NO Amendments fee & NO re-issuing the tenancy agreement fee.
CHARGES DURING THE TENANCY PERIOD & END OF TENANCY – CURRENT TENANTS
Failed direct debit or standing order not set up and Late Payment of Rent: £25.00
It is your sole responsibility under the terms of the agreement to ensure that the rent is paid on time. This is a penalty as a breach of the agreement and will be deducted at the end of the tenancy from your deposit with a prior statement showing why the deductions were made.
In the event that the tenant gets locked out during office hours: £20.00
Outside office hours you must make arrangement by calling a locksmith to let you in and the price will be provided by them and payable by the tenant.
In the event of lost keys due to security issues, the locks must be changed on the main entrance door of the building and also to the flat door. This may require you to pay also for the keys of the other flats which may have to be replaced. The price will depend on the number of locks and keys provided.
Tenancy Renewals: NO charge for renewals
End of tenancy Reference letters: We don’t charge for this service
End of Tenancy Cleaning: £90.00 - £350.00
The cleaning charged at the end of the tenancy is based on the size of the property. The property we provide is professionally cleaned on moving in and therefore should be returned in the same cleaning condition at the end of the tenancy avoiding any deposit disputes over cleaning and delaying the return of your deposit.
