From June 2016 we are members of the Property Redress Scheme, see full details on: Property Redress Scheme is approved by Government under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations. 

As landlords ourselves we are long term members of the National Landlords Association. The NLA offers the support and expert advice on the renting property process; www.landlords.org.uk. Landlords! we understand the business you are in and your needs as landlords!

We have joined My Deposits Scheme, under the provisions of the UK Housing Act 2004 every landlord or agent that takes a deposit for an assured shorthold tenancy in England & Wales must join a tenancy deposit scheme. For More info on our Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme

From January 2005 until January 2016 we were accredited Member of 'The National Association of Estate Agents' (NAEA). Its members practice across all aspects of property including residential and commercial sales and lettings, etc.

From June 2006 until June 2016. Albion Estates was a member of the Ombudsman for Estate and Letting Agents and joined the scheme in 2006 adopting the approved Code of Practice ensuring clients and customers for high quality standards.

From June 2010 until June 2014 we were accredited agent by the London Landlord accreditation scheme.The scheme provides training and on-going professional development. It asks that landlords and agents comply with a code of conduct.
